Cognitive Behavior Therapy focuses on the problem at hand.
Unlike other forms of psychological treatment I offer a short
term therapy, which is very effective because it focuses on
the problem here and now, and provides quick solutions for problems that persist now.
While it is interesting to discover how the problem was created, what is truly important is how do we deal with the problem.
The CBT approach can provide effective and immediate solutions.
Understanding the root of a problem does not necessarily insure the solution.
Cognitive Behavior Therapy focuses on finding that solution and helps find ways to cope with the issue.
I work with a cognitive behavioral approach first and foremost
because I believe in it and because this approach has proved itself time and again.
I employ CBT Therapy and achieve results quickly. My clients experience significant
improvement during the initial sessions.
